Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Manager to oversee our store operations and ensure outstanding customer service at our Al Naeem Mall location. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, retail experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory control
- Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff to maintain high service standards
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Analyse sales performance and implement improvements to enhance profitability
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually attractive store layout
- Resolve customer issues and handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management
- Must have own visa
- Male candidates only (due to role requirements)
- Proficient in retail management practices and POS systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet KPIs
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience with professional phone etiquette is preferred
