About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Actively listen to customer needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
- Assist customers in finding products, answer questions, and address concerns promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to build long-lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Sales:
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and card payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and easily accessible.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Stay updated on the latest product information and promotions.
- Share product knowledge with customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist with inventory control, including stock replenishment and stock takes.
- Report any stock discrepancies or low-stock items to management.
- Ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
- Store Operations:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance guidelines.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures as required.
- Assist with visual merchandising and display setup to enhance the store’s appeal.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in POS systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) being an advantage.
