Sugoi Franca is looking for a friendly and energetic Waitress to join our team at Al Naeem Mall, Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate should provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages promptly
Ensure tables are clean and properly set
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
Process bills and payments when required
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
