Job Description:
Basket & Co is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Al Naeem Mall, Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain professionalism and represent the brand positively at all times
Requirements:
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively
- Basic knowledge of store merchandising
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred:
- Candidates with their own visa will be given preference
