Job Description:
Sugoi Franca Restaurant is seeking a responsible and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader who can manage staff, handle customer interactions, and maintain smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and coordinate staff shifts and duties
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall restaurant presentation
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Train and guide team members for better performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic restaurant operations and customer service standards
Preferred:
- Candidates with their own visa will be given preference
