Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff
• Manage inventory and visual merchandising
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
• Prepare reports and coordinate with head office
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail managerial role
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Leadership ability with a customer-first attitude
• Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah
