We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate with a background in the mattress or furniture retail sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting mattresses and furniture that meet their needs.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Maintain attractive store displays and ensure merchandise is well-presented.
- Handle billing, basic stock checks, and day-to-day store operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mattress or furniture retail (mandatory).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a customer-first attitude.
- Own visa candidates preferred.
- Asian nationality preferred
